Crackers with Majorcan Sobrasada and Honey
Ingredients:
Well cured Majorcan sobrasada
2 spoonfuls water
24 crackers
3 spoonfuls honey
Method:
Take the sobrasada out of the fridge about an hour before preparing the crackers.
Cut the crackers in halves and spread the sobrasada on each of them.
Nicely arrange the crackers on a plate.
Pour some honey over the crackers and serve.
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
